Position Description:

  • We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and lead teams in transforming to Agile ways of working within our business.

  • You'll support the team in solving difficult problems, uncovering challenges, managing relationships, and ensuring our deliveries drive and exceed our standards e2e.

  • This role is a unique opportunity to help define, support and grow the Agile performance within the business.

  • In this role you will be providing leadership and oversight on various projects of a complex nature, lead and be responsible for complex initiatives in cross functional and cross located teams.

  • You will also influence, motivate and support other Scrum masters and influence PO and Stakeholders to ensure teams are high performing, engaged and delivering maximum value.

  • You’ll be working closely with our multi-disciplined teams with opportunities to learn and enhance your career.

  • You’ll have opportunities to contribute to the strategic direction of the products we deliver, as well as inspiring and influencing the wider organisation as we transform how we build vehicles and operates, together.

  • Ability to communicate and engage with individuals within the cross functional teams, at all levels in the business, from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way

  • Strong Problem solving and Leadership skills actively develops and supports team members and able to create and maintain a safe working environment for the team, for example by helping with conflict resolution across co-located & virtual teams

Experience Required:

  • Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.

  • Scrum Master certification is desirable

Experience Preferred:

  • Automotive experience, project management and University Batchelors Degree
