Position Description:

  • Own the release meetings (with programme support) and schedule release meetings to support BoM deadlines.

  • Concern, PACN and iCREATE corrections, completions and cancellations, and ownership of cross-carline concerns/ PST / LMM / LMLR Release metrics preparation (can present at PST / LMM).

  • Release Tracker maintenance and Night letter issue, ensuring accurate reporting. Celonis roll-out to be the single source of the truth to drive release meetings (non-DPP).

  • Ageing task status update (Finance, MP&L, Manufacturing etc).

  • PACN, WERS Concern and iCREATE ageing Scorecard metric maintenance.

  • PFEP tracker maintenance - concern loading and OK / NOK checks - co-ordinate resolutions for failures.

Skills Required:

  • Significant experience of Project / Change Management in a major multi-year complex cross-functional programme. Working knowledge of WERS / iCREATE. Evidence of Leadership skills and ability to drive success from ambiguity.

Experience Required:

  • Experience of stakeholder management at all levels

  • Working knowledge of PACN’s and iCREATE Qualified experience of Macro coding, Exalead, Elastic Qualified experience of Excel

Experience Preferred:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred

  • Proven process improvement knowledge (SIPPE, 8D, PR-AIMS etc)

  • An individual with the ability to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style

  • An individual, who works independently, is results driven, demonstrating tenacity, drive and perseverance with the ability to deliver operational plans in a complex, highly demanding environment.
